A tale about 500 and 1000 Rupee notes!

One of the uncanny reforms that the present government has brought about recently is the removal of the existing 500 and 1000 rupee denominations as legal tender notes.

This comes at a serious backdrop of excuses like tackling the perils of black money that has been running for quite a long time now. I mean, we had a bright minded economist Prime Minister in the UPA regime, who was also the Finance Minister in the early 90s. Even he couldn’t come up with a legitimate solution. How come a ‘chaai-wala’ PM, who has no modern education and who cannot speak fluent English like those honorable Congress leaders, think of a solution? How is that possible? How on Earth? It is completely intolerable. But the issue of tolerance must be raised by the so-called liberal journalists only when the Modi govt. is involved in the delivery side.

We were living a peaceful life. The black money wasn’t harming anybody. Corruption doesn’t kill people, does it? Corruption doesn't pollute the air! Corruption doesn't even break hearts! So why did Modi take such a stern decision against the Black Money? Respectable people like Mayavati, IITian-cum-comedian Kejriwal, peace-loving Mamata Didi and the ever-harmless Mulayam Singh Yadav are facing so much trouble! Why doesn’t Modi pay heed to these VIPs? Modi only thinks about the problems of the common people! Such a shame. What about Rahul Gandhi? A person of his stature, who remains busy throughout the day farming his brain-cells, is a very vulnerable person. Even he is a soft target of the media and Modi himself. Just because he has a PhD in politics, doesn’t mean he is not an important person. He has been trying hard, is not it? He is trying hard to become the Baazigar of Indian Politics because ‘Haar ke jeetne waale ko Baazigar kehte hai’ right?

In addition to RaGa, his entire family is also facing many difficulties. Why does Modi not understand? Entrepreneur of the New Millennium, Robert Vadra has also voiced his concern (Read here). In addition, he is also worried about the poor people. See, this is what a kind-hearted person sounds like! This is the beauty of democracy. And on the other hand, Modi is totally not paying any heed to them. Vadra also raised his apprehensions about the chaotic situations in various places because of this extremely harsh decision. I feel honored that people like RV feels so much for common people like us. Such a shame he isn’t the POTUS.

While the UPA was in power for some 10 years, they completely eradicated the entire treasury of black money, green money, blue money, brown money, silver money and even colourless money! So, why is Modi taking these unnecessary actions? Are his foreign vacations over already? Does the exit of his dear-friend Obama sadden him? I mean, in those magical 10 years under UPA, not a single case of corruption or scam was committed neither was any terrorist attack in Mumbai. It was the most fruitful decade in the history of India. It was just because India wanted a non-mute Prime Minister that Modi was elected. Otherwise, he would have gone down as merely a tea-seller in the archival context of India! It is completely unjust. Please bring back the earlier 500 and 1000 rupee notes! So many memories were associated with it. In fact, the new notes would be helpful only to the selfie addicts as they will find a new justification for posting new selfies online! On the other hand, we should just sit back and completely ignore about the black money. That’s it! Any type of alteration in this regard would not be accepted. In fact, we must go back to most tolerable era of our country during the great Chacha Nehru days. (on the hindsight, Pakistan was created only because Chacha wanted to reflect the true patriotism among Indians during India-Pakistan matches!)

As new Kohinoor Theatre inductee, Aam-Kejru clearly mentioned in the above video that the only people queuing up in front of banks and ATMs are the common middle class people and not black money holders (because according to him, these special types of people would be seen holding banners, with ‘BLACK MONEY HOLDER’ written in big letters and standing in the queues), so it is actually creating a big menace! But how can we be so sure about it? Because he is an IITian. And because IITians are worshipped upon by the majority of Indians.
